MSP SUMMIT is right around the corner! To make sure you have a successful event, please review the information below and let us know if you have any questions, via email at: CPCustomerSuccess@informa.com

 

1. SHOW LOCATION – MSP Summit

6300 Hollywood Way

Orlando, FL 32819

Expo Hall Location: Pacifica Ballrooms 1-7

 

2. EXPO HALL HOURS

Tuesday, September 29
 11:45 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Wednesday, September 30
 11:45 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

 

  • Badged Booth Staff may access their booths 90 minutes prior to posted Expo Floor Hours.

 

3. EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION HOURS

Located in the Foyer Area

Monday, September 28  12:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday, September 29 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
 Wednesday, September 30  7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

  • Registration opens at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28. If you arrive before then, check in at the EAC desk located just outside of the Expo Hall and get a wristband.
  • To check-in onsite you will need a government issued photo id that matches the legal name on your registration record.
  • To create a contactless check-in process, the QR code included in your registration confirmation email will be required for check-in.
  • No exhibitors will be allowed onto the show floor without a badge.

 

4. MOVE-IN/INSTALLATION OF EXHIBITS

Monday, September 28 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, September 29 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (final touches only)

  • All booths must be show-ready by 11:00 AM on opening day of show (Tuesday, September 29)
  • All booths must be in place and all materials must be uncrated and tagged for removal by 5:00 PM on Monday, September 29, so we may remove empty containers.

 

5. MOVE-OUT/DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS

Wednesday, September 30 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

  • All bills of lading must be completed and turned into the Freeman Service Desk after the show closes on Wednesday, September 30 at 2:30 PM. All materials must be removed by 10:00 pm on Wednesday, September 30. To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline, please have all carriers check-in by September 30 at 4:00 p.m. Absolutely no tear down is permitted prior to the close of the show.

 

6. EXHIBITOR APPOINTED CONTRACTORS (EAC) - assuming we need new forms?


ALL EACS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN DURING MOVE-IN AND MOVE-OUT TO RECEIVE A NEW WRISTBAND AND MUST HAVE BOTH THE NOI EAC (exhibitor to complete) AND EAC AGREEMENT (EAC to complete) FORMS COMPLETED.

The onsite EAC check-in desk is located at the entrance to the Expo Hall during the following hours:

Monday, September 28              8:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m.
Tuesday, September 29             8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Wednesday, September 30      2:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

 

  • **ReminderAll individuals in the expo hall during setup and teardown are required to wear closed-toe shoes for safety purposes. Anyone found to be not in compliance will be required to leave the expo hall. NO EXCEPTIONS.


7. EXHIBITOR SERVICE CENTERS 

Exhibitors needing assistance should proceed to this area for On-Site Exhibitor Service Centers located in the back left of the Expo Hall across from the MSP Summit Sales Lounge. The following vendors will have service desks at this location:

  • Freeman – General Contractor
  • ETS – AV
  • GES – Electrical 
  • Loew’s Hotel – Internet (not manned but there will be a contact number)

8. LEAD RETREIVAL/SWAPCARD

There is a lead retrieval desk at Registration. Rented devices will be available for pick-up during posted hours. Anyone registered from your booth staff team can pick up the devices. Drop-off rented devices at the Lead Retrieval desk located at main registration BEFORE Registration closes at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, September 30.

 

Exhibitor Pass holders can also scan leads via their personal devices by downloading the “Informa Connect Tech Events” app. Login with the email address you provided to register for MSP Summit

  1. For help before the event, please contact CPCustomerSuccess@informa.com.  For on-site assistance, visit the lead retrieval desk located at Registration.

 

9. MOBILE APP

Please use the mobile app to refer to the agenda, conference details, expo details, floor plans and more! If anyone experiences issues with the mobile app, please visit the registration customer service desk. 

 

  • Login to the “Informa Connect Tech Events” with the email address you provided to register for MSP Summit
  • Be sure to turn on notifications to know when attendees are reaching out to you in real-time. For IOS you can manage notifications within the app settings. For Android you can manage the notifications on the phone settings within notifications settings.


10. PARKING & RIDE SHARE

  • Yes, parking is available at Loews Royal Pacific Resort.
    • Valet Parking: $40 + tax daily
