Channel Partners Las Vegas & MSP Summit is right around the corner! To make sure you have a successful event, please review the information below and let us know if you have any questions, via email at: CPCustomerSuccess@informa.com 


1. SHOW LOCATION – Channel Partners Las Vegas

2. CP EXPO SHOW HOURS 

Tuesday, April 14      2:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Wednesday, April 15      10:3AM – 5:30 PM

Thursday, April 16     10:00 AM – 12:00 PM


  • Badged Booth Staff may access their booths 90 mins prior to posted Show Floor Hours.

  • No exhibitors will be allowed onto the show floor without a badge.


3. EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION HOURS

*Located in Venetian Expo Foyer, Level 2

Monday, April 13     7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday, April 14     7:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Wednesday, April 15     8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday, April 16     9:30 AM – 12:00 PM


In order to check-in onsite you will need a government issued photo ID that matches the legal name on your registration record.

  • To create a contactless check-in process, the QR code included in your registration confirmation email or the Informa Connect Tech Events app, will be required for check-in. 


4. CP EXPO MOVE-IN/INSTALLATION OF EXHIBITS

Monday, April 13     8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (All exhibitors)

Tuesday, April 14     8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (All exhibitors)


  • All exhibitors must be badged prior to accessing the Expo Floor. 

  • **Reminder: All individuals in the expo hall during setup and teardown are required to wear closed-toe shoes for safety purposes. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • All booths must be show-ready by 1:00 PM on opening day of show, Tuesday, April 14.

  • All booths materials must be uncrated and tagged for removal by 5:00 PM, Monday, April 13, so that we may remove empty containers and clean aisles. Empty containers must have Return Labels, from Freeman Exhibitor Services, if you would like them returned at the end of the Expo.


5. CP EXPO MOVE-OUT/DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS

Thursday, April 16     12:00 PM - 4:00 PM


  • Absolutely no tear down is permitted prior to the close of the show.

  • All bills of lading must be completed and turned into the Freeman Service Desk by 3:00 pm, Thursday, April 16. All materials must be removed by 4:00 pm on Thursday. 

  • For those larger booths needing extra time to dismantle, please work directly with Freeman to ensure the proper timing, handling, and removal of your materials.


6. MSP SUMMIT SHOW INFORMATION

SHOW LOCATION – MSP Summit

Level 1 (Lower Level), Casanova 501


SHOW HOURS -MSP Summit 

Monday, April 13     10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Tuesday, April 14     10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

*Exhibitor Access starts 2 hours prior to opening each day

No exhibitors will be allowed into the MSP Summit without a badge.


MOVE-IN/INSTALLATION – MSP Summit

Sunday, April 12             3:00 PM – 5:00 PM    

Monday, April 13     8:00 AM – 9:00 AM


  • No exhibitors will be allowed into the MSP Summit without a badge.

  • All tabletops must be show-ready by 9:00 AM on opening day of show, Monday, April 13.

  • All tabletops materials must be uncrated and tagged for removal by 8:30 AM on Monday, April 13, so we may remove empty containers and clean aisles.


MOVE-OUT/DISMANTLING – MSP Summit

Tuesday, April 14     2:00 PM – 6:00 PM 


  • Absolutely no tear down is permitted prior to 2pm, the close of the show.

  • All bills of lading must be completed and turned into the Freeman Service Desk by the end of exhibitor move out, 6:00 pm on Tuesday, April 14. All materials must be removed by 6:00 pm on Tuesday

  • If you require any of your materials to be brought to your booth at the Channel Partners Expo Hall in Halls C & D that you are not hand carry, please work with Freeman to coordinate labor services for this move. 


7. EXPO FLOOR MEETING ROOMS – Plexi & Show Floor

Plexi Glass & Show Floor Meeting rooms located on the Expo Floor may be accessed during the following hours:

Monday, April 13     10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday, April 14      7:30 AM   7:00 PM

Wednesday, April 15      8:00 AM   5:00 PM

Thursday, April 16     9:30 AM – 12:00 PM

  • No exhibitors will be allowed into their Meeting Rooms without a badge.

  • All guests coming to the Expo Meeting Rooms must be badged.


8. PRIVATE MEETING ROOMS (CONVENTION CENTER LEVEL 1 & 2) 


MOVE-IN/INSTALLATION OF PRIVATE MEETING ROOMS

Sunday, April 12               10:00 AM - 8:00 PM 


All deliveries, set-up, tear-down & move-out must occur within your contracted dates/times. No crates are permitted in the hallways after 6:00pm on Sunday, April 12 


*Please Note - Monday, April 13 is an active event day. Any move-in occurring on this day must not interfere with the ongoing sessions, meetings, or attendee experience. Forklifts or crates are NOT permitted in the Convention Center after 6:00pm on Sunday, April 12


Can I place signage in the hallway outside of my meeting room?

Signage is limited to (1) pop-up banner [maximum size of 38"x87"] per meeting room, placed directly outside of your meeting room door. Any additional signage placed in hallways or outside of your meeting room can be removed by Show Management.  


Can I put a table and chairs outside of my meeting room? 

Set up must remain within the rooms. Placing items like tables, chairs, or check-in desks beyond the confines of your allocated meeting room is prohibited and will result in their removal by Show Management

9. EXHIBITOR APPOINTED CONTRACTORS (EAC)

EACs must be previously registered with EAC MANAGEMENT prior to accessing the show floor. EAC’s may not register themselves If you have questions, you may reach out directly to ChannelPartners@EACmgmt.com.  


ALL EACS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN EACH DAY TO RECEIVE A WRISTBAND!

There are TWO check-in desks; one at the back of Hall C/D and one in the Hall D foyer. 

EAC Check-In desks will be open during the following hours:

The FedEx Office Business Center is located on Level 2 of the Convention Center and handles a wide range of business and office services.

Hours: M-F  7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat. 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday they are closed.

11. LEAD SCANNING + INSIGHTS/Informa Connect Tech Events app

There is a lead retrieval desk at Registration next to Customer Services. Pre-purchased lead retrieval devices will be available for pick-up during posted hours. Anyone registered from your booth staff team can pick up the devices. Drop-off rented devices at the Lead Retrieval desk located at main registration BEFORE Registration closes at 12:00 PM on Thursday, April 16


Registered team members can also scan leads via their personal devices by downloading the Informa Connect Tech Events app. 

  • View the videos within the “Lead Scanning + Insights” portal page prior to being onsite 

  • For on-site assistance, visit the lead retrieval desk located at Registration.


12. MOBILE APP

Please use the mobile app to refer to the agenda, conference details, expo details, floor plans and more! If anyone experiences issues with the mobile app, please visit the registration customer service desk. 



  • Login with the email address you provided to register for Channel Partners & MSP Summit.

  • Be sure to turn on notifications to know when attendees are reaching out to you in real-time. For IOS you can manage notifications within the app settings. For Android you can manage the notifications on the phone settings within notifications settings.

15. PARKING & RIDE SHARE

The Venetian has multiple parking options.  The Venetian parking garage can be accessed by Las Vegas Boulevard or by a shared access road off Koval Lane behind the hotel.  The cost is $20-$25 per day.  


Venetian Rewards Ruby and Diamond members continue to receive complimentary valet parking. Nevada residents receive three hours of complimentary self-parking by scanning their valid Nevada Driver’s License at a self-parking kiosk.


The daily fee for registered hotel guests is $20 per day, seven days a week. For non-hotel guests, the rate is $20 per day, Monday – Thursday and $5 per day, Friday – Sunday.
