All exhibitors must be badged prior to accessing the Expo Floor.
**Reminder: All individuals in the expo hall during setup and teardown are required to wear closed-toe shoes for safety purposes. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All booths must be show-ready by 1:00 PM on opening day of show, Tuesday, April 14.
All booths materials must be uncrated and tagged for removal by 5:00 PM, Monday, April 13, so that we may remove empty containers and clean aisles. Empty containers must have Return Labels, from Freeman Exhibitor Services, if you would like them returned at the end of the Expo.
5. CP EXPO MOVE-OUT/DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS
Thursday, April 16 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Absolutely no tear down is permitted prior to the close of the show.
All bills of lading must be completed and turned into the Freeman Service Desk by 3:00 pm, Thursday, April 16. All materials must be removed by 4:00 pm on Thursday.
For those larger booths needing extra time to dismantle, please work directly with Freeman to ensure the proper timing, handling, and removal of your materials.
6. MSP SUMMIT SHOW INFORMATION

All bills of lading must be completed and turned into the Freeman Service Desk by the end of exhibitor move out, 6:00 pm on Tuesday, April 14. All materials must be removed by 6:00 pm on Tuesday.
If you require any of your materials to be brought to your booth at the Channel Partners Expo Hall in Halls C & D that you are not hand carry, please work with Freeman to coordinate labor services for this move.
7. EXPO FLOOR MEETING ROOMS – Plexi & Show Floor
Plexi Glass & Show Floor Meeting rooms located on the Expo Floor may be accessed during the following hours:

All deliveries, set-up, tear-down & move-out must occur within your contracted dates/times. No crates are permitted in the hallways after 6:00pm on Sunday, April 12
*Please Note - Monday, April 13 is an active event day. Any move-in occurring on this day must not interfere with the ongoing sessions, meetings, or attendee experience. Forklifts or crates are NOT permitted in the Convention Center after 6:00pm on Sunday, April 12
Can I place signage in the hallway outside of my meeting room?
Signage is limited to (1) pop-up banner [maximum size of 38"x87"] per meeting room, placed directly outside of your meeting room door. Any additional signage placed in hallways or outside of your meeting room can be removed by Show Management.
Can I put a table and chairs outside of my meeting room?
Set up must remain within the rooms. Placing items like tables, chairs, or check-in desks beyond the confines of your allocated meeting room is prohibited and will result in their removal by Show Management

There is a lead retrieval desk at Registration next to Customer Services. Pre-purchased lead retrieval devices will be available for pick-up during posted hours. Anyone registered from your booth staff team can pick up the devices. Drop-off rented devices at the Lead Retrieval desk located at main registration BEFORE Registration closes at 12:00 PM on Thursday, April 16
Registered team members can also scan leads via their personal devices by downloading the Informa Connect Tech Events app.

15. PARKING & RIDE SHARE
The Venetian has multiple parking options. The Venetian parking garage can be accessed by Las Vegas Boulevard or by a shared access road off Koval Lane behind the hotel. The cost is $20-$25 per day.
Venetian Rewards Ruby and Diamond members continue to receive complimentary valet parking. Nevada residents receive three hours of complimentary self-parking by scanning their valid Nevada Driver’s License at a self-parking kiosk.
The daily fee for registered hotel guests is $20 per day, seven days a week. For non-hotel guests, the rate is $20 per day, Monday – Thursday and $5 per day, Friday – Sunday.
