Speaker Registration:
- Speakers will receive a link to register with a speaker pass. If your speaker needs to be associated with your company’s profile on the “Informa Connect Tech Events” app or needs access to your booth during move-in hours, please register them with an Exhibitor Staff Pass within the portal and we will add a speaker pass to their registration.
- Speaker passes will give your speaker all access to the event, do not register your speaker with an Exhibitor Standard Pass (all access)
Session and Speaker Information:
- Your session time and room location can be found on the website agenda
- Do not wait until the posted deadline to submit your speaker and session information. By submitting your speaker and session details ASAP, you'll secure extended promotional time, keeping your session in front of attendees longer and dramatically boosting your potential for a packed room. Timely submission of session information correlates directly with optimal onsite participation.
- Submit your speaker and session information through the "Sponsorship Tasks & Deadlines" TODAY!
ACTION NEEDED: Planning Calls
- If you'd like to review the onsite process with our content team, now is the time to act!
- Planning calls are only available until March 13th, be sure to reach out to jessica.ackerman@informa.com and Stephanie.Paro@informa.com as soon as possible to secure a spot on the calendar.
- While it's ideal to have your speaker join the call, if you haven’t finalized your speaker by March 13th, you and your team are still encouraged to connect with the team to address any questions and ensure you're fully prepared.
Presentation Deadline: March 25, 2025
- Slides must be in 16:9 PowerPoint format; PDFs and other formats will not be accepted.
- Live demos are not supported due to WIFI limitations; we recommend recording demos to show during your presentation.
- Keynote and Tech Talk session decks are compiled into one large deck for quick transitions; submitting ahead of time is mandatory.
- If not using slides, submit a background slide for your presentation.
- Panel participants: Speaker headshots will be included on the background slide; no deck is needed.
- Upload your deck via the "Sponsorship Tasks & Deadlines" portal button
- Label your file as: Date of Session_Military Time_Last Name of Presenter(s)_Session Name.
- If you cannot meet the March 25th deadline, email CPCustomerSuccess@informa.com with an ETA.
